The WAA's International Director, Neil Mason, has set up a team of web analytics professionals (mainly in the EMEA region).  I am honoured to have accepted the position of Regional Co-Ordinator for the United Kingdom and Ireland.  Whilst the committee has only existed for a few weeks we're having some fantastic discussions with regards to building awareness of the WAA and adding value to members. 

Are you aware that 35% of the WAA membership is outside the US?  I think that having a global organisation with regional co-ordinators like myself raising awareness of issues that are applicable to businesses and sharing them with other regional co-ordinators we will be able to quickly come up with a best practice probably down to being vertical specific.
